Ordering & Process

How do I place an order?
Request a quote through our contact page or homepage form, confirm your specs with a print specialist, approve your design proof, and we move straight to production.
Can I order without a design ready?
Yes — most clients start with just an idea. Our design team builds the artwork as part of the order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush production is available on most services for an added fee, subject to current press capacity.
Can I make changes after approving a proof?
Minor changes are possible before a job enters production; once printing has started, changes apply only to future reorders.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes, we serve international clients; shipping costs and timelines are quoted based on destination.

Design & Files

What file formats do you accept?
AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, INDD, and high-resolution JPG or PNG. PDF/X-1a is preferred for print-ready submissions.
What resolution should my images be?
300 DPI at final print size for most jobs; large-format banners can run lower, typically 100–150 DPI, depending on viewing distance.
What is bleed and do I need it?
Bleed is extra artwork extending past the trim line so no white edge appears after cutting. Most print products need at least 3mm (0.125in) of bleed.
Can you match an exact Pantone colour?
Yes, for offset printing and select digital processes we proof against your specified Pantone reference.
Do you provide print-ready templates?
Yes, our printing software includes templates sized to the correct trim and bleed for every product we offer.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal. Net-30 terms are available for approved business accounts.
Do you require a deposit on large orders?
Custom and offset jobs over a set threshold require a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due before shipping.
Is design included in the printing price, or billed separately?
Design is quoted separately from printing so you can reuse artwork across future print runs without paying for design again.
Do prices change with quantity?
Yes, per-unit cost drops as quantity increases, particularly for offset and screen-printed jobs.

Delivery & Turnaround

How long does printing take?
Turnaround varies by service, typically 1–3 days for digital short runs and 5–10 days for offset or large custom jobs.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, pickup is available at our Austin studio for all order types.
How is my order shipped?
Orders ship via tracked courier; large or fragile items are packed with reinforced protective materials.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a reprint or replacement at no charge.

Printing Software & Creative Crafts

Do I need to install anything to use the print software?
No, it runs entirely in your browser with no installation required.
Can the software check a file I didn't design myself?
Yes, upload any print file and the preflight tool checks bleed, resolution, colour mode and font embedding.
Are craft templates editable?
Most templates are editable in common design tools; a few simple cut-and-fold templates are print-only PDFs.
Can I sell products made from your craft templates?
Personal and small-batch commercial use is permitted; contact us for licensing on larger commercial runs.
