An order is confirmed once you approve a design proof or production specification and any required deposit is received. Order details, including quantities, materials and pricing, are recorded on your order confirmation and quote.
Prices are quoted in USD and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out on your invoice; standard orders require payment prior to production, while approved business accounts may access Net-30 terms. Late payments may incur additional fees and delay production.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on standard production schedules and are not guaranteed unless a rush service is purchased. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Printer Help Center's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
